I am a team player, and I believe one of my best qualities serving as a school board trustee is my ability to listen and advocate, while creating engagement with parents and employees so we can work better together. I am available to both parents and employees to better work together. My goal is to be a bridge and to find common ground on controversial issues.

Be Responsible with Tax Dollars
I will work to ensure the district budget remains balanced and funds are spent responsibly. With future state funding unclear, I will work to ensure each year’s budget is balanced, make decisions that keep cuts away from the classroom, and make decisions early to minimize any impact to our schools.
Partner with Parents
It is imperative that our schools get input from parents and partner with them in the education of each child.

As a Trustee, I am committed to building relationships with parents, teachers, community organizations and our local business community to build on the accomplishments of Rocklin Schools.

As a parent of five children, I know that every child learns differently. We need to structure our education to meet the needs of each child.
Vocal & Performing Arts
I am committed to the amazing VAPA programs we have in RUSD schools. I will continue to fight to preserve classes and curriculum to ensure all our students have the opportunity to receive a well-rounded education and get exposure to the vocal & performing arts programs.
